Caregiver’s Place

The cost of caring for someone with MND can run into tens of thousands each year, yet funding and attention are still heavily skewed toward finding a cure, not supporting life right now.

So we turned the iconic Caretaker’s Cottage into Caregiver’s Place, a space to recognise and celebrate those caring for people living with MND.

Across a two-day takeover at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, the space hosted daytime programming before culminating in a gala dinner led by MasterChef Australia judge Sofia Levin, raising $65,000 for MND Victoria’s vital care services.
